coaching

Mustangs
in
2002
when
he
led
the
team
to a
Division
1
State
Championship,
earning
the
MHSBCA
Coach
of
the
Year
Award
and
USAToday
Super
25.
Playing
High
School
baseball
in
Mt.
Morris
followed
by a
record-setting
4
years
at
WMU,
Paul
signed
with
the
Chicago
White
Sox
and
played
seven
years
in
the
minor
league.
Schneider
then
coached
baseball
at
his
alma
matre
WMU
before
joining
the
Mustangs
coaching
staff,
vowing
to
make
it
the
hugely
successful
baseball
program
that
it
is
today.
