Discussion/Action

Meeting Minutes: Meeting minutes for Sept. meeting were approved.   

Board Membership: Board agreed to appoint Karyn Schaefer as President and Matt Janicke as Vice President. Meetings were voted to remain on Monday nights at 7:00PM for the 2012 season.

Budget Update: Pobuda provided financial report and reported a current balance of approximately $11,591.20

Website:  Board agreed to view website page by page and suggest changes/updates

Coach’s Update:

         Lawson dates: 12/3, 12/10 and 1/6 with one additional playoff date TBD 1/6 was moved to 1/7, 2011

         Fall Field Cleanup is scheduled for Sunday, October 30^th at 1:00PM. Time moved from 9AM to 1PM

         Early May Friday night game at Midland and Sat. game at Davidson in works. Teams (V/JV) will travel overnight. Not final  

         Coach has a lead on a John Deer tractor but no price at this time

Field Work: Mark McCoy lead volunteers in cutting base paths and sod and transferring sod to create new base paths. Raised pitchers mound, killing weeds and begin to create warning track.

Spirit Wear: Matt Janicke will be the lead on Spirit Wear. He will create a spirit wear web page to place orders.

Fundraisers: Pobuda contacted Meijer and WalMart on securing a major sponsor for Scoreboard; Board approved tri fold flyer to promote banner sponsorships. McCoy will work with Jaspires on a fundraiser night.

General Information Meeting: Board agreed on November 14, Monday at the PC Middle School Little theater

Other Business: Coach Schneider asked to discuss the 10^th anniversary of the 2002 state championship next meeting.
