Discussion/Action
Meeting Minutes: Meeting minutes were approved.
Budget Update: Pobuda provided financial report and reported a current balance of $11,379.33.
Website: Karyn reported that Bill has made several updates to the website including 2012 winter workouts, Lawson cleaning dates, Booster Board corrections, and removal of old information.
Coach’s Update:
Uniforms- request for 10 pair of white game pants- boosters voted to proceed with purchase.
Bat Bags- Discussion on much needed replacement of bat bags for all three teams. Mark and Kurt will price and purchase bags.
Winter Workouts will begin on Mon., Jan 9. Times and dates will be Mon./Wed., 6-7:30 and Sunday 2-4. To be held in the Stable
2012 tryouts will be held on March 12 and 13. Times TBD
Varsity and JV will travel overnight for double headers on Friday, May 4 vs. Davidson and May 5 vs. Midland. The boosters voted to provide payment for hotel rooms for players and coaches.
Schedule updates: Coldwater, Vicksburg and Schoolcraft have been removed from this year’s schedule. Ann Arbor and Flushing have been added. April 12 is currently the first scheduled game vs. Niles.
Scoreboard- a larger driver is needed and being followed up on. Championship titles need to be added.
Possible extra workouts/weights facilitated by Steve Graham is being discussed
2002 State Championship players are being located and we may dedicate a game and invite champions to celebrate/remember them
Bat regulations have changed for the 2012 high school season. Paul will discuss with Jim Murrey to ask for P.A.F. Money to purchase new bats
Spirit Wear: Matt has set up an on-line web store similar to the PC Football spirit wear. Will be available for 2012 team orders
Fundraisers: Don has drafted mailer to local businesses for major sponsor for scoreboard. Kurt has designed and printed pictures of mock displays of signage to be included in letter. Tri-fold for community support out-field signs was approved and will be printed to provide to players.
Dates for basketball concession stand fundraiser will be Nov. 17 and Jan 20. Lawson fundraising nights are 12/3, 12/10 and 1/6. Players have begin to sign up
Officer/Member information: Ronnie Ryan has stepped down as a SO. Representative. At this time his son has decided not to play baseball in 2012

Field Maintenance: Mark reported good turnout for fall closure day. Dirt will be added in spring.
New windscreen was voted on and approved for purchase. Blue with MUSTANGS printed on one panel for center field. Matt will order and purchase. The golf cart will under-go winter maintenance.
