Irwin offered to contact freshmen parents via email to solicit interest for photos.

4.       Coach’s Update - New weighted, commercial-grade tarps are needed for both the home plate and pitcher's mound areas at Mustang Field. Cost of home plate trap would be $920.00 and mound tarp would cost $584.00. Coach Schneider will approach Dr. Edlund to inquire as to the possibility of the school paying for one-half. ..

5.       Projects Update. Flag poles have been installed. It was decided that a player, or players, will hoist the American and State of Michigan flags prior to games, and that the flags will be lowered, folded and stored as part of concession stand duties. Research will be conducted to determine the cost of a "Mustangs Baseball" flag. Flag would be blue, with yellow lettering, and include the script 'P.' Krill contacted former Board member Cary Mulvany to check on the source/status of the fence cap, but was unable to acquire information. Krill will conduct additional research. Porter reported that parts/maintenance for the scoreboard will be a difficult, complex problem to solve. The company from which we purchased the scoreboard is now defunct, and multiple issues exist..
